Haiti Earthquake Response

The global humanitarian community, including Church World Service and PCUSA, has begun responding to the 7.0-magnitude earthquake that hit the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince on Tuesday (Jan. 12).
Much of the capital was reduced to rubble and thousands are believed to have perished.  The Haitian president, René Préval, described the death toll as unimaginable.
