• Womanspirit: Reclaiming the Deep Feminine in Our Human Spirituality
• Give Us This Day: Daily Hope for Caregivers
• Cherish the Days: Inspirations and Insight for Long Distance Caregivers
• Strength for Today: Daily Encouragement through Life’s Transitions

An older book which gives insight into the crisis in Haiti is Mountain Beyond Mountains. Paul Farmer, whose clinic and work is the topic of this book, has been on the news in recent weeks as one of those working in the midst of
the chaos. Another book in Hunter’s library that enriches understanding of current events is Three Cups of Tea: One Man’s Mission to Promote Peace One School at a Time. The author, Greg Mortenson, has been on many news programs because of his presence in Afghanistan and relationship with Afghani village leaders.
