In honor of Earth Day, the Alternatives Class will be using the book, “No Impact Man” and a video of the same name for the next several weeks. It is the honest, and sometimes hilarious, autobiography of Colin Beavan, his wife and baby daughter, in their attempt to answer the questions: What would it be like to live a no-impact lifestyle? Is it possible? Could it catch on? Would living this way be more fun or less fun? More satisfying or less satisfying?
Harder or easier? Worthwhile or senseless?
